In the language of information technology a backup or data backup is nothing but a simple form of copy of the original data which is taken and then stored in some different location or storage device. According to the, 3-2-1 backup rule, there should be at least 3 copies of the data which you should save. You can do the simplest thing that is store the two copies of the data on the storage media or secondary storage device and the one copy you should always keep it on an offsite location.
